In order to start the process of developing a website, down payment is mandatory. In most of the cases 50% of the total amount is to be paid in advance. This is the amount unless there is some other contract or deal struck between the company and the client. Once the work is completed the client has to make the full payment. Whether or not the client has sent all the pages will not be taken into account. This clause is included in the terms and conditions of the company o ensure prompt and full support from the client. This clause is also there to ensure that the company gets paid for their hard work. For the safety and security of account all the questions related to billing is done via writing or via email. It is done in order to keep a hard copy of all the transactions.
In order to cancel the contract one needs to submit a written undertaking. No request of cancellation via phone will be entertained. No refund will be given back to the client once the work process has started. Apart from the advanced money deposit the client needs to pay the full amount if he/she cancels the project after many days. The company can consider a refund of partial amount depending on the circumstances. This power lies solely in the hands of the company. The client will not have any say on this matter.
The company will have full license and right upon the work, contents, designs, graphics etc. The company, as permitted by law will not be responsible for any kind of damage or loss of any data or materials.
Any photo is not provided by the client will be chargeable at a minimum amount. In case the pictures are expensive the amount will be increased accordingly. These photos will be used by the company for the sake of the improvement of the website. The client needs to pay the additional charge apart from the amount quoted in the contract for the whole work.
This is an annual payment in order to keep a particular domain name reserved for the client. It is not mandatory to do it through us. But we strongly recommend the clients to allow us to do it.
This payment is also an annual affair. This money is taken in order to ensure that the name of the domain stays on the particular server which remains connected to the web.
If the client is not happy with the services of our company a refund of the hosting fee will be given back to the client. This offer is limited only to a certain period of time.
The client is requested to go through the entire terms and conditions section before signing the contract. The company will not be held responsible later.
